NAME: Naito Burakku

AGE: 12

GENDER: Female

RACE: Necromancer

BACKGROUND/HISTORY: She was born to a poor family, her mother dying during childbirth. Her father tried to raise her the best he could, but just wasn't able to do very well. When she reached the age of eight, her father hadn't come home from work at the usual time. This didn't seem to odd to her, so she just made her own dinner and went to bed. In the morning her father still wasn't home. Now she was starting to get a little scared. She tried calling her father with a payphone a couple minutes from her house. She spent $10 just trying to get a hold of him, but to no avail. She sulked back to the house and wondered if he had abandoned her. She tried her best to survive in the dump of a home she lived in, but had no way to get money or food in any way. It only took a week to finish off the rest of the food in the house. She was extremely scared now. She went to her father's room, guessing he wouldn't be coming back and wouldn't care if she messed with things. She dug through his furniture, trying to find anything of wealth or anything edible. She found his cheap wallet under the bed, it had $100 dollars in it and a debit card without any money in the account. She dug around in his drawers and found several bottles of liquor, the majority of them empty. She took one that hadn't been opened yet. She was only to use this if completely necessary. She found a couple of T-shirts that were fairly clean and she might be able to wear over her clothes, in case it got too cold. So, this is what she had to live with? Amazingly enough, it was enough to live with for a year. she ate three days a week and went to buy food once a week. When it neared the end of the year, though, she ran low on money and sunk to pickpocketing to get money. The age of nine-and-a-half. That's when she was completely wiped of money, strength and most of her will to live. She really had no reason to live. No family, no goals she would ever fulfill, nothing. She stumbled out onto the streets and walked, hoping to maybe steal something to live another pointless day of her life. That's just about when she passed out. When her eyes opened she was in a blinding white room. She didn't lift her head, as she felt an excruciating pain in it. When she moved her left arm she could feel something was stabbed in it. Her clothing seemed to have been replaced by a long, gown-like item. She heard somebody walking into the room, their shoes against the tile floor. There was some talking and more people walked into the room. After enough fuzzy talking from the people, only one person remain. It was a female with a white coat on, along with quite bland blue clothing underneath. The ringing in her ears seemed to clear and she could hear all the noises around her. "Hello. What's your name?" The woman spoke to her. Her mouth opened, but words didn't come out. She continued to try, but nothing seemed to work. She raised her hands, her limbs quite achy. Her hands made a motion as if she was writing. The woman nodded and brought her a notepad and a pencil. Her hand was shaky and the IV in her wrist didn't help too much with writing, but she managed to get out the two names. The woman picked it up and looked at it, nodding. "What happened to you?" She took the book again and wrote the three words: 'I don't know'. The woman nodded. "Where do you live? She handed the woman the notepad again, keeping it on the previous page. "Do you know anything about yourself other than your name? She once again handed over the pad and made a slight nod at the page. The woman nodded and left the room, leaving her alone. She didn't like being alone, she felt like it was a feeling she was used to, though. She moved her aching body and got her legs out of the bed she was in. She pulled the wire out of her wrist and pressed down on the hole it made. She walked through the white halls, she felt as if there was a rope pulling her through these rooms. She turned into a room with plenty of people, all around one person in a bed. There was a constant beeping sound that was irritating. Half the people seemed to be trying to push her out the door, but they didn't do a very good job. The beeping became a constant ringing and all the people around the man on the bed looked sad. She reached out her hand and touched the man's foot. The ringing went back to a beep. She turned around and walked out of the room. All the people left in the room looked amazed, but she didn't care. She walked back to her room and got back into the bed. The woman came back and checked her for several things, but she was completely fine, just malnourished and dehydrated. She stayed there for a week and regained her strength. She was sent to an orphanage after several tests to find her family. She didn't like the orphanage. It wasn't as generous as the hospital. She never connected with anyone at the orphanage, she just stared out the window, bored. At the age of twelve she got tired of the orphanage and just left. She had a supply of clothes with her, and she had stolen some food from the orphanage. She even still had the notepad the woman had given her. Her feet walked, but she still felt as if a rope was pulling her. She ended up at a large building, not sure what it was, she entered. Apparently it was a school for people that were 'different'. She remembered how she touched that one man and the beeping changed. Maybe she was 'different'. She walked to the front desk of the building. The secretary asked who she was and she held up her notepad. The two words on the page read: 'Naito Burakku'.

PERSONALITY: She's a shy girl that doesn't like connecting with people, but refuses to be alone. She'll do anything she can to try and stay alive, but, because of her inability of speech, she has some trouble negotiating with others. Truly, she's a sweet girl, but the horrors of life have buried that side of her down deep and quite a bit of digging is required to find it again.
